Why make a promise that was never meant to be fulfilled and would only result in the one who had truely believed in the promise to be hurt.
When A and B made a promise to each other. B kept it but A never trust. What is B suppose to do.

when a promise is broken, is it the promisor's fault or promisee foolishness in believeing in a promise that was never meant to be fulfilled.?
